Jewellery Skills Workshop

Design and make your own sterling silver ring.

In this fun and informative, full day workshop we will learn to work with precious metals and how to combine different techniques to create an impressive, unique design.

During the morning we will explore:

How to cut out, form and solder a ring from sheet metal.
A variety of mark-making techniques
Adding soldered on elements
Metal patination and different surface finishes.

In the afternoon:

Building on these new skills, we will develop a design for your ring. You will then hand make your ring in sterling silver

Maximum 6 students for focused tuition

10am - 6pm. Workshop takes place in my studio near Herbertstown, Co. Limerick

Delicious home-cooked lunch included.

All metals and tools used are supplied.
